Terms of Service
Last updated: July 14, 2026
1. Agreement
By using timermcp.com or TimerMCP Cloud (the Service), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by TimerMCP (contact: julan.krofile@gmail.com).
2. The two parts of TimerMCP
The local TimerMCP server is open source software distributed under the MIT License. Your use of it is governed by that license, not by these terms, and it works without any account.
TimerMCP Cloud is the hosted service at timermcp.com: account sign-in, synced timer history, and related features. These terms govern the cloud service.
3. Accounts
You sign in with a Google account and must provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
4. Pricing
- TimerMCP Cloud is free while the product is in beta. No payment method is required and nothing is charged.
- If a paid tier is introduced in the future, it will cover new pro features only. Features that are free today will remain free, and we will give at least 30 days notice before any paid tier starts.
5. Your data
Your timer history belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to store and process the data you sync solely to provide the Service. We handle personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes;
- probe, overload, or disrupt the Service, including abusive automated traffic against the sync APIs;
- access another person's account or data without permission;
- resell the Service without our written consent.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that timing results are suitable for competitive, scientific, medical, or regulated uses. Timer results depend in part on your own hardware and network.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, which for a free service is zero. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data you did not sync.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service for abuse, or if we discontinue the product, in which case we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If we change these terms materially, we will update this page and the date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
